VIOR is NJRD’s evolution into furniture, a collection that embodies every bit of NJRD’s design DNA. Named after the Norse word for “wood,” VIOR was created to inspire meaningful conversations and cherished moments with loved ones. Blending the warmth of oak with organic, inviting forms VIOR integrates a feeling of togetherness in every piece. Take a seat, pull up an extra chair, and lean into design that celebrates connection and embraces life together.
The VIOR collection consists of dining room furniture made of natural laquered oak and black brushed oak. The dining chairs come with a solid seat or a stylish wicker seat that adds more detail to your interior.
The dining tables, made of solid, high quality oak, have a functional extra feature - a built in drawer for extra storage.
Another piece that is rarer to see in our time - though it was once a very common feature in Scandinavian homes - is the kitchen bench. A classic Scandinavian piece of furniture that has a natural place in the Scandinavian home. The kitchen bench's soft shapes, high seating comfort, and natural material choices have been the focus of the design.
